摘要:
通过对兰州大学第一医院新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）（简称新冠肺炎）患者的中医临床诊疗过程进行总结，结合“疫病”历史文献，认为此次新冠肺炎属于“疫病湿热病”范畴。湿热疫邪临床证候有共性表现，以三焦辨证体系为主，进行辨证论治，并根据三焦病位及感邪程度判断患者病情严重程度及疾病发展方向；湿热疫邪感人，因个体禀赋、临床症候不同，采用“一人一方”对症施治；在甘肃省疫情表现亦受地域、气候影响而有所不同，在治疗中兼顾因地制宜。
Abstract:
By summarizing the course of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 patients in the first hospital of Lanzhou University, combined with historical literature of "epidemic", we believe that COVID-19 belongs to the category of "epidemic damp-heat disease". Clinical syndromes of damp-heat epidemic show the common manifestations, treatment based on syndrome differentiation was performed mainly on the basis of triple energizers, the severity of the disease and the direction of the disease progression were judged according to the location in triple energzier and the degrees of pathogens infection; when damp-heat evils attack the person, treatment was administered according to the symptoms, "one person adopting one prescription" in line with the individual endowment and clinical syndromes; epidemic manifestations vary in our province influenced by the territory and climate changes, the environment should be considered in the treatment.
