摘要:
目的探讨策略性整体救治方案对1例胰腺癌合并新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19)患者的救治效果。 方法采用积极的个体化治疗、科学的救治路径以及完善的综合护理措施进行干预。 结果胰腺癌患者的COVID-19短期内治愈，胰腺癌未出现新并发症，达到了治疗效果。 结论策略性整体救治方案可改善本例胰腺癌合并COVID-19患者的营养状态，稳定其情绪，促进疾病康复。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effects of strategic overall treatment plan for one case of typical pancreatic cancer complicated with COVID-19. MethodsPositive individualized treatment, science-based therapeutic path and perfect comprehensive nursing interventions were adopted to intervene with the patients. ResultsCOVID-19 in patient suffering pancreatic cancer could be cured in a short time, and there was no new complications of pancreatic cancer, therefore to achieve therapeutic effects. ConclusionStrategic overall treatment plan could improve nutritional state in patients with pancreatic cancer and COVID-19, stabilize their moods and promote disease recovery.
