摘要:
目的基于CiteSpace对近20年中医治疗乳腺癌的相关文献进行可视化分析，总结该领域的研究现状、热点及趋势。 方法检索中国知网（CNKI）中医治疗乳腺癌的相关文献，利用CiteSpace软件对其中作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析。 结果共纳入871篇文献，该领域发文量逐年上升；共23位作者被纳入研究，其中19位作者发文量≥3篇；共纳入21所研究机构，发文量均≥3篇，其中北京中医药大学发文量最多；共纳入73个关键词，其中有21个关键词出现频次≥10次。 结论中医治疗乳腺癌前景广阔，研究者及研究机构应密切合作，注重循证医学证据，加强多中心实验研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo perform visualization analysis of the related literature on TCM therapy for breast cancer in the recent 20 years based on CiteSpace, and sum up research status, hot spots and the trend in the field. MethodsThe related literature on TCM therapy for breast cancer was searched from CNKI, to perform visualization analysis of the author, research institutions and keywords by using CiteSpace software. ResultsThe study included 871 articles, the number of the papers published in the field was on the rise year by year; all 23 authors were included in the knowledge mapping, 19 author published ≧three articles; 21 research institutions were involved, paper published≥ three articles; among them, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has published the most articles; all 73 keywords have been included, among which, 21 keywords have appeared ≥ten times. ConclusionTCM is promising in treating breast cancer, the researchers and research institutions should cooperate closely, emphasize evidence-based medicine and enhance multi-centered experimental studies.
