摘要:
以半夏泻心汤为切入点，对半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG）的相关研究进行概述，指出大多数CAG的发生、发展与Hp感染密切相关，因此，抑制Hp及逆转胃癌前病变（precancerous lesion of gastric cancer，PLGC）成为治疗CAG的重要思路，半夏泻心汤治疗CAG有抑制Hp、逆转PLGC及修复、保护胃黏膜等作用，其治疗CAG的潜在生物学机制具有多成分-多靶点-多途径的特点，但仍需联合现代医学多中心、大规模地研究半夏泻心汤的作用机制，为半夏泻心汤治疗消化道疾病的药理学研究和临床应用提供更多理论依据。
Abstract:
By taking Banxia Xiexin Tang as the breakthrough point, and reviewing the relevant studies on the treatment of CAG with Banxia Xiexin Tang, it is pointed out that the onset and development of most of CAG are closely related to Hp infection, Hence inhibiting Hp and reversing PLGC have become the important thinking of treating CAG, and Banxia Xiexin Tang could inhibit Hp, reverse PLGC, repair and protect gastric mucosa in the treatment of CAG, its potential biological mechanism of treating CAG has the characteristics of multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway, while multi-center large-scale studies on the mechanism of the prescription are still needed by combining with modern medicine, which could provide more theoretical basis for pharmacological research and clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Tang in the treatment of digestive tract diseases.
