摘要:
目的探讨脊柱疾病从脾经、肾经论治的方法。 方法从中医经典理论入手，通过对脾经、肾经与脊柱之间的关系，脾经与肾经两者相关的理论及从脾肾经论治脊柱疾病的临床运用等方面进行深入讨论。 结果足太阴脾经、足少阴肾经分别与脊柱联系密切，且脾经、肾经两者之间密切相关，脾肾经合用能起到更好的防治脊柱疾病的作用。 结论从脾经、肾经论治脊柱疾病为脊柱疾病的预防和治疗从先后天之本出发取脾肾经同用提供了有力的依据，为临床治疗脊柱疾病拓展了新的思路。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the treatment of spinal disease from spleen meridian and kidney meridian. MethodsStarting from the classical theory of TCM, the paper further discusses that relationship between spleen meridian, kidney merian and spine, the related theory of spleen meridian and meridian meridian, clinical application of spleen meridian and kidney meridian in the treatment of spinal disease. ResultsSpleen meridian of foot Taiyin, and kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin are closely related to spine, spleen meridian and kidney meridian are closely related to each other, spleen meridian jointed with kidney meridian could play a better role in preventing and treating spinal disease. ConclusionTreating spinal disease from spleen meridian and kidney meridian could provide strong support for the prevention and treatment of spinal disease from spleen meridian and kidney meridian on the foundation of congenital foundation and acquired constitution, and it could provide the new idea for clinical treatment of spinal disease.
