摘要:
目的探究叙事护理联合穴位按摩对脑卒中后抑郁患者抑郁、焦虑及生活质量的影响。 方法选取300例脑卒中后抑郁患者，按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组150例。两组均给予氟西汀联合氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗，对照组在此基础上给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予叙事护理联合穴位按摩。评估两组焦虑程度、抑郁程度、生活质量、睡眠质量、神经功能。 结果护理前两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理2个月后两组各项评分均降低（P＜0.05），且观察组下降程度更明显（P＜0.05）；生活质量量表评分护理前两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理2个月后两组均升高（P＜0.05），且观察组升高更明显（P＜0.05）。 结论叙事护理联合穴位按摩有助于改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的焦虑、抑郁症状，提高生活质量，改善睡眠质量，促进神经功能恢复。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of narrative nursing in combination with acupoint massage on depression, anxiety and quality of life in patients with post-stroke depression (PSD). MethodsA total of 300 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to simple random number table method, 150 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by fluoxetin and citalopram hydrobromate, and the control group accepted routine care, and the observation group narrative nursing and acupoint massage. To assess anxiety degree, depression degree, quality of life, sleep quality and neurological function between both groups. ResultsThe difference had no statistical meaning in HAMA and HAMD, PSQI and NIHSS between both groups before the nursing (P>0.05); after nursing for two months, the scores of different items of both groups reduced (P<0.05), and the decrease of the observation group was more noticeable (P<0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the scores of quality of life before nursing between both groups (P>0.05); after nursing for two months, the scores raised in both groups (P<0.05), and the rise of the observation group was more obvious (P<0.05). ConclusionNarrative nursing in combination with acupoint massage could help improve depression and anxiety in PSD patients, lift quality of life, improve sleep quality and promote the recovery of neurological function.
