摘要:
通过分析近年来相关文献，从骨髓增生异常综合征（myelodysplastic syndromes，MDS）诊疗的最新进展即基因层面出发，论述了用药原则和具体方案，以及中医关于此病的认识和研究。其中对受累基因的精确定位、诊断有待进一步完善；如何提高MDS的治愈率及研究中西医结合治疗的机制将是今后研究的重点。
Abstract:
By analyzing the related literature in the recent years, starting from the latested progress of the diagnosis and the treatment of MDS, that is, from genetic level, the paper states the medication principle and specific plan, and the understanding to MDS in TCM and the study. Among them, the accurate location of the affected gene and the diagnosis need to be further improved; how to improve the cure rate of MDS and the study on the mechanism of integrated Chinese and Western therapy would be the key in the future research.
