摘要:
以肝主疏泄和藏血的生理功能及“肝为五脏之贼”的理论为基础，全面阐述“肝为五脏之贼”与偏头痛之间的关系，并以疏肝、清肝、平肝、养肝四法及从肝经施治等方面总结从肝论治偏头痛的研究现状，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Based on the physiological function of liver controlling dispersion and storing blood, as well as the theory of "liver as the thief of five viscera", the paper comprehensively expounds the connection between the theory and migraine, and summarizes the research status of treating migraine from the aspects of soothing liver, clearing liver, calming liver and nourishing liver, and liver meridian-based treatment, in the wish of providing the reference for clinical therapy.
