摘要:
从《黄帝内经》阴络与阳络的理论出发，认为皮质下动脉硬化性脑病的中医病机是阳络损伤，导致脑窍阴络阻滞，创制并通“阴络”“阳络”的四通方，可通阳络脏腑经气，解脑窍阴络阻滞，使邪去神安，脏腑平和，神机清灵，并附验案两则。
Abstract:
Starting from the theory of Yin collateral and Yang collateral of Huangdi Neijing, it is believed that the pathogenesis of Binswanger disease is Yin collateral obstruction in brain caused by Yang collateral damage, Sitong prescription (四通方) invented, simultaneously unobstructing "Yin collateral" and "Yang collateral", could dredge Yin collateral in the brain and clear Yang collateral and viscera, which could remove the pathogenic factor, calm the mind, make the viscera peace and a clear mind, meanwhile, two proven cases are attached.
