摘要:
查阅中西医相关文献，结合现代医学理论，试从生理、病理、治疗等方面阐述“肾其华在发”的科学内涵。结果表明，在脱发过程中，肾气盛衰可能与Wnt信号表达含量具有一定相关性；在白发过程中，肾气盛衰可能与Wnt信号及小眼畸形相关转录因子（microphthalmia-associated transcription factor，MITF）表达含量有关。由此认为，在“肾其华在发”理论中，肾气的实质可看作为Wnt信号及MITF的表达含量。
Abstract:
Scientific connotations of "renal essence being reflected on the hair" are expounded from the physiology, pathology and treatment by reviewing the literature related to integrative medicine, combined with modern medical theory. The results indicated that, in the process of hair loss, kidney Qi might be related to the expressions of Wnt signal definitely; in the process of white hair, renal Qi may be related to the expression of microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF). Thus, the essence of renal Qi can be seen as the expres-sions of Wnt signal and MITF in the theory of "renal essence being reflected on the hair".
