摘要:
回顾近年来国内外针刺治疗卒中后失语症的相关研究，探讨针刺治疗卒中后失语症的治疗方案、机制研究成果和发展方向。发现针刺治疗卒中后失语症疗效肯定，除了临床上常用的体针整体取穴外，还依据选穴部位不同分为头针、眼针、舌针。机制方面，概括各研究结果发现，针刺可改善患者言语功能、增强血流灌注、促进神经可塑性，但机制研究目前并不完善，仍有待于进一步深入探索。
Abstract:
By reviewing the related researches on acupuncture therapy of post-stroke aphasia (PSA) at home and abroad, the paper discusses therapeutic regimen, research results of mechanism and development direction of PSA. Acupuncture therapy could obtain definite clinical effects in treating PSA, acupuncture could be divided into head needles, eye needles and tongue needle in addition to the clinical commonly used body needle for the overall acupoint selection. Different research results showed that acupuncture could improve the patients' speech function, enhance blood perfusion and promote neural plasticity, however, the study on the mechanism is not perfect, and it still needs to be further explored.
