摘要:
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD)稳定期康复管理中八段锦和有氧运动的应用价值。 方法将144例COPD稳定期患者按照不同康复干预方式随机分为八段锦组和有氧运动组各72例。观察两组患者干预前后肺功能指标［最大肺活量（forced vital capacity,FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in one second，FEV1)、第一秒用力肺活量/潮气量比值(first second forced vital capacity/tidal volume，FEV1/FVC)］、呼吸困难指数（modified medical research council，mMRC）和日常生活能力（ability of daily life，ADL）。 结果干预后八段锦组患者FVC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC改善较有氧运动组明显（P＜0.05）。干预后两组患者mMRC评分降低，ADL评分升高，八段锦组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。 结论八段锦和有氧运动均可改善COPD患者肺功能，降低mMRC提高ADL，但八段锦康复效果优于有氧运动。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application effects of Baduanjin and aerobic exercise in the rehabilitation management of stable COPD. MethodsA total of 144 patients with stable COPD were randomized into Baduanjin group and aerobic exercise group according to different rehabilitation intervention methods with 72 cases in each group. To observe the indexes of lung function (FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC), mMRC and ADL before and after the intervention between both groups. ResultsAfter the intervention, the improvements of FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of Baduanjin group were more noticeable than these of aerobic exercise group (P<0.05). After the intervention, mMRC scores reduced while ADL scores increased in both groups, the improvements of Baduanjin group were more obvious (P<0.05). ConclusionBaduanjin and aerobic exercise could improve lung function, lower mMRC scores, and improve ADL, rehabilitation effects of Baduanjin more superior to these of aerobie exercise.
