摘要:
对中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）缓解期研究进行综述，指出UC是一种非特异性炎性疾病，发作期与缓解期相交替，病变范围主要位于结、直肠的黏膜和黏膜下层。现代医学主要以长期服用水杨酸制剂、激素、免疫抑制剂、生物学制剂、益生菌制剂等对UC缓解期进行维持治疗，不良反应多；中医药通过辨证论治及其针灸、灌肠、穴位敷贴等方法治疗UC，能有效降低其复发率，因此，探究中医药对于UC缓解期的维持治疗具有重要意义。
Abstract:
By reviewing the researches of TCM therapies for ulcerative colitis (UC) in remission stage, UC is a non-specific inflammatory disease, alternating periods of onset and remission, and mainly involving the mucosa and submucosa of the colon and rectum. During the remission stage of UC, modern medicine basically adopts long term-use of salicylic acid, hormone, immunosuppressant, biological preparation and probiotics as maintenance treatment, with many adverse reactions, TCM therapy could treat UC by syndrome differentiation and treatment, covering acupuncture, enema, acupoint application, which could effectively lower its recurrence rate, therefore, it is of great significance to explore the maintenance treatment of UC in remission stage by TCM.
