摘要:: 结合小儿生理病理特点，对轮状病毒性肠炎的中医证候进行分析，探讨“火郁发之”理论辨证治疗该病的合理性。分析认为，轮状病毒属于中医学“温邪”范畴，辨证以湿热泻居多。本病多为外感温邪与湿相合，引起中焦气机不畅，郁而化火，治疗以“发之”为原则；葛根芩连汤发散郁火，是治疗湿热型轮状病毒性肠炎的主要方药。

Abstract:: Combined with physiological and pathological characteristics of children, the paper explores the rationality of differentiating and treating rotavirus viral enteritis (RVE)on the foundation of the theory of "dispersion of fire stagnation" by analyzing TCM syndromes of rotavirus enteritis. RVE belongs to "warm evil" in traditional Chinese medicine, mostly differentiated as damp-heat diarrhea. Most of the disease is caused by external warm factor combined with dampness, resulting in unsmooth Qi movement of middle energizer, stagnating and transforming into fire, and the treatment should adopt "dispersing" as the principle; Gegen Qinlian decoction, which could disperse the stagnated fire, is the main prescription of treating damp-heat pattern RVE.
