摘要:
目的探究接纳与承诺疗法在乳腺癌护理中的应用及对患者术后病耻感、生活质量的影响。 方法将乳腺癌患者112例按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各56例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用接纳与承诺疗法进行护理。比较两组患者干预前后心理弹性、术后病耻感、生活质量以及护理满意度。 结果干预后两组患者心理弹性水平及生活质量各评分均高于干预前，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后两组患者社会排斥、经济歧视、内在羞耻感、社会隔离评分均低于干预前，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论接纳与承诺疗法能够改善乳腺癌患者术后病耻感，提高其心理弹性及生活质量，效果优于常规护理，且护理满意度较高。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in the nursing of breast cancer and its influences on patients' postoperative stigma and quality of life. MethodsA total of 112 patients with breast cancer were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 56 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given ACT. To compare psychological resilience, postoperative stigma, quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree before and after intervention in the two groups. ResultsAfter the intervention, the levels of psychological resilience and different scores of quality of life were higher than these before the intervention in the two groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); after the intervention, the scores of social exclusion, economic discrimination, internal shame and social isolation of both groups were lower than these before the intervention, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in nursing satisfaction degree (P<0.05). ConclusionACT could improve the patients’ postoperative stigma, raise their psychological resilience and quality of life, and its effects better than these of conventional care with higher satisfaction degree.
