摘要:
探讨近5年不同针刺疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的特色优势，指出头体针、腹针、眼针、电针以及综合疗法可通过刺激体表腧穴，起调和阴阳、疏经通络、活血行气作用，最终达到治疗该病的目的。然而临床还应注重运用局部、循经、辨证等选穴原则，辨证与辨病相结合，注重针刺介入时机对脑卒中远期致残率的影响，以及如生物力学测试研究、fMRI、康复机器人等客观评价指标的运用，以避免研究者或患者主观意愿、情志状态、文化程度等对研究结果的影响。
Abstract:
By discussing the characteristic advantages of various acupuncture therapies in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke in the recent five years, acupuncture, including cephalic needle, ventral needle, eye acupuncture, acusector and comprehensive therapy, could adjust Yin and Yang, dredge and clear the meridians, promote blood and Qi circulation through stimulating the acupoints on the body surfaces, consequently to achieve the purpose of treating the disease. However, the principles of acupoint selection, for instance, local selection, selecting along the meridians and syndrome differentiation, should be emphasized in clinic, syndrome differentiation should be combined with disease differentiation, meanwhile, importance should be attached to the influence of acupuncture intervention timing on the long-term disability rate in stroke, and the application of objective evaluation indexes such as biomechanical testing study, fMRI, and rehabilitation robot, in order to avoid the influence of researchers or patients' subjective wishes, emotional status and education level on the research results.
