摘要:
梳理近年来与芪归药对相关的文献，从糖尿病肾病（diabetic kidney disease，DKD）的病因病机、治疗原则以及芪归药对通过改善糖代谢、调控内质网应激反应、调节足细胞自噬、抑制炎症反应、抑制氧化应激防治DKD的药理学研究等方面探讨芪归药对治疗DKD的理论依据，以期为相关研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Through sorting the literature about Qigui medicinal pair in the recent years, theoretical evidence of Qigui medicinal pair in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease (DKD) was explored from the cause and pathogenesis of DKD, therapeutic principles, and its pharmacological study on the prevention and treatment of DKD by improving glycometabolism, regulating ER stress response, adjusting podocyte autophagy, inhibiting inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress, hoping to produce the reference for the relevant studies.
