摘要:
目的采用数据挖掘探究中医治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的用药规律。 方法检索中国知网以及万方数据库从2000年1月1日至2020年12月31日收录的有关临床文献，建立数据库，运用中医传承计算平台（V3.1）对有关处方进行数据挖掘分析。 结果共收录210篇医案文献，涉及中药165味。中药用药频次前十味分别为：甘草、黄芩、金银花、防风、柴胡、蝉蜕、荆芥、生地黄、当归、栀子；药物归经前三位为肝、肺、脾经；药性以寒、温、平为主；药味以苦、甘、辛味为主；药物关联规则分析提示高频出现的药对组合为：黄芩-柴胡、甘草-黄芩、甘草-金银花、甘草-柴胡等；聚类分析共得出6类药物组合。 结论中医治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎用药主要以疏散风热、清热利湿、补益肝肾为主，强调寒温并用，常用苦降甘补辛开之法，以达到标本兼治、补泻兼施之目的。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis by data mining. MethodsThe relevant clinical literature from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2020 was searched from CNKI and Wanfang, to build the database, Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS V3.1) was applied to perform data mining of the related prescriptions. ResultsA total of 210 articles about medical cases involving 165 herbs were collected. The top ten herbs in terms of frequency were Gancao (Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae radix), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae japonicae flos), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae radix), Chaihu (Bupleuri radix), Chantui (Cicadae periostracum), Jingjie (Schizonepetae herba), Dihuang (Rehmanniae radix), Danggui (Angelicae sinensis radix) and Zhizi (Gardeniae fructus) respectively; the top three meridians of the herbs were liver, lung and spleen; the drugs were mainly cold, warm and mild in nature; the tastes were mainly bitter, sweet and pungent; the association rule analysis revealed that the drug combinations appeared in high frequency were Huangqin-Chaihu, Gancao-Huangqin, Gancao-Jinyinhua, Gancao-Chaihu; and six kinds of drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis. ConclusionTCM therapy of herpes simplex keratitis mainly adopts the drugs of dissipating wind-heat, clearing heat and relieving dampness, tonifying liver and kidney, emphasizing the combination of cold and warm, commonly using the method of bitter drug to descend, sweet one to replenish and pungent one to open, so as to achieve the effects of treating both symptoms and the root cause, reinforcing and reducing.
