摘要:
肠易激综合征是临床中常见的消化系统疾病，发病机制较为复杂，病位主要在大小肠，与五脏中肝、脾、肾三脏密切相关。外感邪气、饮食失宜、情志因素、劳倦虚损皆可导致该病，临床可以中药复方、中医外治法、综合疗法及其他疗法进行治疗。
Abstract:
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common clinical disease of digestive system with complex pathogenesis, located in large and small intestines mainly, and closely related to liver, spleen and kidney. External pathogenic factor, irregularity in diet, emotional factor, fatigue and deficiency could lead to IBS, herbal compound, TCM external method, comprehensive method and others could be applied in the treatment of the disease in clinic.
