摘要:
目的运用数据挖掘技术分析中医药治疗高血压肾病的用药特点与规律，以期为临床用药提供参考。 方法检索2005至2020年间中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据、维普网文献数据库收载的中医药治疗高血压肾病的临床研究文献，经整理、筛选后建立数据库。对药物使用频次、功效、性味归经、组方规律等进行统计分析。 结果本研究共收集167首处方，涉及183味中药，高频中药有丹参、黄芪、山药、茯苓、山萸肉、牛膝等；高频中药功效主要为补虚、活血化瘀、利水渗湿、平肝熄风；药性以平、温、寒性居多，药味以甘、苦、辛为主，主要归肝、肾、脾经；常用药物组合为黄芪-山药、丹参-山药，丹参-茯苓-山萸肉，常用方剂为六味地黄丸加减、天麻钩藤饮加减、补阳还五汤加减。 结论中医治疗高血压肾病用药多取甘苦平温之品，注重补益肝肾、益气活血化瘀，兼顾利水渗湿、平肝熄风。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference for clinical medication by analyzing the characteristics and the medication rules of TCM therapy for hypertensive nephropathy using data mining. MethodsClinical research literature on TCM therapy for the disease was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang and VIP from 2005 to 2020, to establish the database by arrangement and screening. Frequency of use, the efficacy, nature and taste, meridian tropism and the rule of prescription compostion of Chinese medicine were statistically analyzed. ResultsThe study has collected 167 prescriptions, involving 183 herbs, high-frequency herbs contain Danshen (salviae mil-tiorrhizae radix et rhizoma), Huangqi (Astragali radix), Shanyao (Dioscoreae rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Shanyurou (Fructus Corni) and Niuxi (Achyranthis bidentatae radix), which could tonify, promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, expel water-dampness and induce diuresis, calm liver and extinguish wind; they are neutral, warm and cold in nature, sweet, bitter and spicy in taste, mainly belonging to the meridians of liver, kidney and spleen; and the commonly-used drug combinations are Huangqi-Shanyao, Danshen-Shanyao, Danshen-Fuling-Shanyurou, and the commonly-used prescriptions are modified Liuwei Dihuang pills, Tianma Gouteng drink and Buyang Huanwu Tang. ConclusionMost of the herbs in TCM therapy for hypertensive nephropathy are sweet and bitter in flavor, neutral and warm in nature, with the efficacy of benefiting liver and kidney, tonifying Qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stagnation, meanwhile complicated with expelling water-dampness and inducing diuresis, calming the liver and extinguishing the wind.
