摘要:
从中医学对咳嗽病因、病机的认识出发，提出肝脏功能失调亦可导致咳嗽频发。而肝主疏泄调节，故昼夜节律紊乱也是许多呼吸道疾病加重或者复发的主要原因之一。认为当前调节昼夜节律的临床用药治疗有限，但可以探索调节昼夜节律的诊疗措施，为临床诊疗开辟新思路、新途径。
Abstract:
From the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of cough in Chinese medicine, it is suggested that liver dysfunction can also lead to frequent cough. Since the liver governs catharsis, circadian disor-ders are one of the main reasons for the exacerbation or recurrence of many respiratory diseases. It is believed that the clinical medication to regulate circadian rhythm is limited, but the diagnostic and therapeutic measures to regulate circadian rhythm can be explored, which can open up new ideas and new ways for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
