摘要:
从老年髋部骨折患者谵妄的发病机制、相关影响因素及护理的方式出发，论述老年髋部骨折谵妄护理的进展，并通过查阅文献发现，神经递质改变、昼夜节律的紊乱及创伤后引发的炎症反应是引起谵妄的主要作用机制。影响老年髋部骨折患者发生谵妄的因素主要有麻醉方式、年龄因素、认知障碍因素、低氧血症及手术的影响，主要护理干预措施有评估及筛查、药物干预及多维度中医护理，通过该论述，旨在为及时发现并干预谵妄状态，减少谵妄带来的不良影响提供参考。
Abstract:
Research progress in care for delirium in the elderly patients after hip fracture was stated from the pathogenesis of delirium in the elderly patients with hip fracture, the relevant influencing factors and type of care, and it is found that neurotransmitter alteration, disorders of circadian rhythms and inflammatory reaction triggered by trauma are the main mechanism of delirium by consulting the literature, the influencing factors of delirium in the elderly patients with hip fracture mainly contain the modes of anaesthesia, age, cognitive impair-ment, hypoxemia and surgery, and the main nursing intervention measures cover assessment, screening, drug intervention and multi-dimensional TCM nursing, the review could provide the reference for timely detection and intervention of delirium and the reduction of adverse reaction brought by delirium.
