摘要:
目的研究灸法对失眠患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。 方法将90例失眠患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各45例，对照组行常规护理，研究组采用中医护理技术中的灸法进行护理，比较干预后两组患者临床疗效、睡眠质量、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分、生活质量及护理满意度。 结果干预后研究组总有效率为91.1%（41/45），高于对照组的71.1%（32/45）（P＜0.05）；研究组患者护理满意度、生活质量总评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论灸法能够提高失眠患者疗效、睡眠质量及护理满意度，改善患者心理状况、生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effects of moxibustion on psychological status and quality of life of insomnia patients. MethodsAltogether 90 patients were allocated to the control group and the study group according to random number table method with 45 cases in each group, the control group accepted routine care, and the study group moxibustion therapy, to compare clinical effects, quality of sleep, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores, quality of life and nursing satisfaction between both groups after the intervention. ResultsAfter the intervention, total effective rate of the study group was 91.1% (41/45), higher than 71.1% (32/45) of the control group (P<0.05); the study group was higher than the control group in nursing satisfaction, total scores of quality of life (P<0.05), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), SAS and SDS were lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionMoxibustion could raise clinical effects, quality of sleep and nursing satisfaction, and improve the patients' psychological state and quality of life.
