摘要:
目的探讨中西医结合护理在促进腹腔镜胃肠手术患者术后恢复中的应用价值。 方法将接受腹腔镜手术治疗的胃肠疾病患者120例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组予常规护理措施干预，观察组予以中西医结合护理干预。比较两组常规指标［导管留置、下床活动及总住院时间］、术后胃肠道功能恢复情况［排气、排便、进食时间、腹胀、肠鸣音］、胃动力指标［胃泌素、胃动素、5-羟色胺］、负面情绪、舒适度、生活质量及术后并发症发生情况，并评价护理满意度。 结果观察组患者导管留置、下床活动、总住院时间及排气、排便、开始进食时间均较对照组缩短（P＜0.05）；观察组患者腹胀、肠鸣音评分较对照组降低（P＜0.05）；两组患者胃泌素及胃动素水平、舒适度及生活质量评分均升高（P＜0.05），观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05），5-羟色胺水平、负面情绪评分均降低（P＜0.05），观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为3.3%（2/60），低于对照组的15.0%（9/60）（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为93.3%（56/60），高于对照组的80.0%（48/60）（P＜0.05）。 结论中西医结合护理能够在短时间内促进腹腔镜胃肠手术患者术后胃肠道功能恢复，缓解负面情绪，提高舒适度、生活质量，降低并发症发生风险，应用价值理想。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the application values of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in the postoperative recovery of the patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery. MethodsAll 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method with 60 cases in each. The control group accepted routine nursing intervention measures, and the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing. To compare the general indicators including catheter indwelling time, off-bed activity time and total length of stay, postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function such as exhaust, defecation, feeding time, abdominal distension and bowel sound, and gastric motility indexes including gastrin, motilin, 5-HT, negative emotion, the degree of comfort, quality of life and the incidences of postoperative complications between the two groups, and evaluate nursing satisfaction. ResultsThe observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of catheter indwelling time, off-bed activity time and total length of stay, the time of exhaust, defecation and the time to start eating (P<0.05); the scores of abdominal distension and bowel sound were reduced in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05); the levels of gastrin and motilin, the scales of the degree of comfort and quality of life went up in the two groups (P<0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05), the levels of 5-HT and the scores of negative emotion were decreased (P<0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 3.3% (2/60), lower than 15.0% (9/60) of the control group (P<0.05); nursing satisfaction in the observa-tion group was 93.3% (56/60), higher than 80.0% (48/60) of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionIntegrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery in a short time, alleviate negative moods, raise the degree of comfort and quality of life, reduce the risk of the complications with ideal application value.
