摘要:
目的探讨旋牵斜扳手法联合小针刀治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（post-herpetic neuralgia，PHN）的临床效果。 方法将16例PHN患者采用旋牵斜扳手法联合小针刀治疗，每周1次，共治疗3周。观察患者总有效率，焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）评分、皮肤病生活质量量表（dermatology life quality index，DLQI）评分及简易McGill疼痛评分变化情况，并记录不良反应发生情况。 结果治疗总有效率为93.75%（15/16），治疗后HAMA评分、DLQI评分及McGill疼痛评分均较治疗前下降（P＜0.05），而且均未发生相关不良反应。 结论旋牵斜扳手法联合小针刀作为治疗PHN的一种新型疗法，可降低患者疼痛程度，提高患者生活质量和临床有效率。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss clinical effects of rotation-traction oblique-pulling manipulation and small needle-knife in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN). MethodsAll 16 PHN patients were treated with rotation-traction oblique-pulling manipulation and small needle-knife, once each week, for three weeks of the treatment. To observe total effective rates, HAMA scores, DLQI scores and simplified McGill pain score of the patients, and to record the incidence of adverse reaction. ResultsTotal effective rate of treatment was 93.75% (15/16), after the treatment, HAMA scores, DLQI scores and McGill pain score have declined significantly than before the treatment (P<0.05). No relevant adverse reaction occurred in the patients. ConclusionRotation-traction oblique-pulling manipulation and small needle-knife as a new therapy in treating PHN could reduce the patients' pain degree, lift quality of life and clinical effective rate.
