摘要:
目的观察中药膳食联合太极拳干预气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure，CHF）患者的临床疗效。 方法将气阴两虚型CHF患者94例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各47例。对照组根据指南予常规治疗措施，治疗组在对照组基础上予中药膳食联合太极拳干预；干预3个月比较两组患者心功能［左心室舒张末期内径（left ventricular end-diastolic dimension，LVEDD）、左心室收缩末期内径（left ventricular end-systolic dimension，LVESD）、左心室射血分数（left ventricular ejection fraction，LVEF）］，气阴两虚证单项症状评分及临床疗效。 结果治疗后两组患者LVEDD、LVESD均降低，LVEF升高（P＜0.01），治疗组改善更明显（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组患者气阴两虚证单项症状评分均降低（P＜0.01），治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗组总有效率为95.74%（45/47），高于对照组的78.72%（37/47）（P＜0.01）。 结论常规干预措施基础上予中药膳食联合太极拳有利于改善气阴两虚型CHF患者心功能与中医证候，疗效优于常规干预措施。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effects of TCM diet and Taijiquan (shadowboxing) in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) of Qi and Yin deficiency pattern. MethodsA total of 94 CHF patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group in light of random number table method with 47 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional treatment according to the guideline, and the treatment group received TCM diet and Taijiquan on the foundation of routine therapy. After three months of the intervention, to compare heart function including LVEDD, LVESD and LVEF, single symptom scores of Qi and Yin deficiency pattern and curative effects between both groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, LVEDD and LVESD of the two groups reduced while LVEF increased (P<0.01), the improvement of the treatment group was more noticeable (P<0.01); single symptom scores of Qi and Yin deficiency pattern decreased in the two groups after the treatment (P<0.01), the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.01); total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.74% (45/47), higher than 78.72% (37/47) of the control group (P<0.01). ConclusionOn the foundation of conventional intervention measures, herbal diet and Taijiquan could improve heart function and TCM syndrome, and its effects better than these of conventional intervention measures.
