摘要:
目的探讨中医情志护理联合穴位按摩对初产妇焦虑抑郁状态及产程进展的影响。 方法将自然分娩初产妇100例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，各50例。对照组予常规护理，治疗组在对照组基础上予中医情志护理联合穴位按摩。比较两组初产妇护理前后焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）及抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分；评估初产妇自我效能、产程及产后宫缩痛发生情况。 结果护理后治疗组初产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪改善及护理依从性均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组初产妇第一、第二及第三产程时间均少于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组初产妇产后宫缩痛发生率为64.0%（32/50），低于对照组的38.0%（19/50）（P＜0.05）；治疗组初产妇自我护理能力优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论中医情志护理联合穴位按摩可有效改善初产妇负性情绪，提高其自我效能，利于产程的推进。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of TCM emotional care and acupoint massage on anxiety, depression and progression of labor in primipara. MethodsAll 100 patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method with 50 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional care, and the treatment group received TCM emotional care and acupoint massage. To compare SAS and SDS scores before and after the care in the two groups; to assess the primipara's self-efficacy, duration of labor and the incidences of postpartum afterpains. ResultsAfter the care, the improvements of anxiety and depression, nursing compliance of the treatment group were better than these of the control group (P<0.05); the duration of the first, second and third stage of labour was less in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of postpartum afterpains in the primipara of the treatment group was 64.0% (32/50), lower than 38.0% (19/50) of the control group (P<0.05); the primipara's self-care capacity of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM emotional care and acupoint massage could effec-tively improve negative emotions, raise their self-efficacy, which is conducive to the promotion of labour process.
