摘要:
目的观察膏方联合红光辅助治疗对前交叉韧带重建术后患者膝关节功能的影响。 方法选取行前交叉韧带重建术后患者110例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各55例。对照组予常规康复训练联合红光照射治疗；观察组在对照组基础上给予外敷膏方治疗。在治疗后第5周、第8周和第12周比较两组患者视觉模拟评分（visual analogue score，VAS）、关节活动度（range of motion，ROM）、膝Lysholm评分。 结果在治疗后相同时间观察组VAS评分均低于对照组，膝关节活动度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后第8周观察组膝关节各项功能评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论康复训练过程中，膏方联合红光理疗能减轻患者前交叉韧带重建术后疼痛，改善膝关节活动度及功能，从而达到快速康复的目的。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Chinese medicine ointment and red light physiotherapy on knee function in patients after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. MethodsAll 110 patients were selected and randomized into the control group and the observation group with 55 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional rehabilitation training joined with red light physiotherapy, and the observation group was treated with external application on the foundation of the basic therapy. To compare VAS scores, ROM and Lysholm scores of the knee between the two groups at the fifth, eighth and twelfth weeks of the treatment. ResultsAt the same time after the treatment, VAS scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group, ROM scores higher than these of the control group (P<0.05); At the eighth week of the treatment, the scores of different functions of knee joint of the observation group were higher than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionIn the process of rehabilitation training, Chinese medicine ointment and red light physiotherapy could relieve the pain after ACL reconstruction, and improve ROM and function of knee, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid rehabilitation
