摘要:
张志明教授认为肝之疏泄失调，以致魂不能藏于肝，阳气动而不静，神不潜藏而发生不寐。强调临证中应辨病识机，从机论治；剖析方证，知其所宜；针对肝郁型失眠患者，应用丹栀逍遥散为主方治疗时应灵活辨治，随证加减，同时配合清热凉血、活血化瘀之法，则失眠得治。
Abstract:
Professor Zhang Zhiming believes that the soul cannot hide in the liver, Yang-Qi moves without being still, the spirit cannot hide, and all this is caused by the disorder of catharsis of liver, which causes insomnia. He emphasized that the disease should be differentiated to survey the pathogenesis in clinical treatment, and it could be treated from the pathogenesis; the prescription and syndromes were analyzed to understand what the prescriptions could be applied for; Danzhi Xiaoyao powder could be chosen as the main prescription for the patients suffering liver stagnation type of insomnia, modifying according to the symptoms in syndrome differentia-tion, meanwhile, combined with the method of clearing heat and cooling blood, activating blood and removing stasis, thereby treating insomnia.
