摘要:
对耳针治疗脊髓损伤（spinal cord injury，SCI）后相关并发症的临床研究现状进行综述，指出目前耳针主要用于治疗SCI后神经源性膀胱（选穴：肾区、膀胱区、三焦、腰骶椎）、神经源性肠道功能障碍（选穴：脾、胃、大肠、小肠、内分泌）、神经源性疼痛（选穴：肾、心、神门）及焦虑抑郁（选穴：肝、脾、心、交感、皮质下）等并发症。
Abstract:
Through reviewing the current state of clinical studies on the treatment of the relevant complications of spinal cord injury (SCI) with auricular acupuncture, auricular acupuncture is mainly applied in the treatment of the complications of SCI, such as neurogenic bladder after SCI [acupoints selection: Shenqu (renal region), Pangguangqu (bladder region), Sanjiao (three energizer) and Yaodizhui (lumbosacral vertebrae)], neurogenic bowel dysfunction (acupoints selection: spleen, stomach, large intestine, small intestine and endocrine), neurogenic pain (acupoints selection: kidney, heart and Shenmen), anxiety and depression (acupoints selection: liver, spleen, heart, sympathetic nerve and subcortex).
