摘要:
目的观察解毒生肌膏联合医护协作护理干预对慢性创面愈合进程的影响。 方法将40例行常规干预的慢性创面患者作为对照组，40例行解毒生肌膏联合医护协作护理干预的慢性创面患者作为观察组，两组均治疗14天。比较两组患者治疗情况（平均住院时间、换药次数、医疗总费用）及创面愈合情况（肉芽覆盖时间、肉芽痊愈时间、创面愈合时间）、创面感染情况［Bates-Jensen伤口评估与效果评价量表（Bates-Jensen wound assessment tool，BWAT）评分］、血清学相关指标［肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α）、白细胞介素6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、IL-10、IL-12］、心理状况［抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分、焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分］，并比较治疗满意度。 结果观察组平均住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05），换药次数及医疗总费用少于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组肉芽覆盖、肉芽痊愈及创面愈合时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者BWAT评分均低于治疗前，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12水平均低于治疗前，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于治疗前，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗满意度观察组［100%（40/40）］高于对照组［85.00%（34/40）］（P＜0.05）。 结论解毒生肌膏联合医护协作护理干预可加快慢性创面患者创面愈合进程，减轻炎症反应，改善患者心理状况，提高治疗满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the influence of detoxifying granulation-promoting (Jiedu Shengji) ointment and doctor-nurse cooperation nursing intervention on the healing process of chronic wound healing. MethodsForty chronic wound patients who accepted conventional intervention were chosen as the control group, and another 40 patients who accepted detoxifying granulation-promoting ointment and doctor-nurse cooperation nursing intervention were selected as the observation group, and both groups were treated for 14 days. To compare therapeutic conditions (average lengthen of stay, the times of changing the dressings and total medical expenses) and wound healing conditions (granulation cover time, granulation healing time and wound healing time), and wound infection [BWAT scores], and serology-related indexes [TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-12], psychological conditions [SDS and SAS scores] between the two groups, and compare therapeutic satisfaction. ResultsThe observation group was shorter than the control group in average length of stay (P<0.05), less than the control group in the times of changing the dressings and total medical expenses (P<0.05); granulation cover time, granulation healing time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than these of the control group (P<0.05); BWAT scores of the two groups were lower than before the treatment, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-12 of the two groups were lower than these before the treatment, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than these before the treatment, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); therapeutic satisfaction of the observation group was [100%(40/40)], higher than [85.00%(34/40)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionDetoxifying granulation-promoting ointment and doctor-nurse cooperation nursing intervention could enhance the healing process of chronic wound, relieve inflammatory reaction, improve the patients’ mental conditions and raise therapeutic satisfaction.
