摘要:
目的分析评价中西药联合治疗抽动障碍（tic disorders，TD）的疗效及安全性。 方法通过计算机检索中英文数据库中国知网、万方数据、维普、PubMed、EMbase，收集从2010年1月1日至2020年12月31日关于中西药联合治疗TD的临床对照研究，参照Cochrane系统评价方法进行文献筛选，并进行文献质量评价，采用软件RevMan 5.4进行Meta分析。 结果共纳入符合标准的文献10篇，共计969例，中西药联合组496例，单纯西药组473例。中西药联合治疗组治疗TD临床总有效率高于单纯西药组（OR=3.43，95%CI：2.51～4.68，P＜0.000 01）、愈显率（OR=2.91，95%CI：1.99～4.25，P＜0.000 01）、在耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表（the Yale global tic severity scale，YGTSS）评分改善（MD=-3.67，95%CI：-4.19～-3.16，P＜0.000 01）；在安全性方面，中西药联合组不良反应发生率（OR=0.19，95%CI：0.11～0.34，P＜0.000 01）。 结论中西药联合治疗TD疗效优于单纯西药；虽两组均有不良反应发生，但中西药联合应用不良反应发生率较低，说明中药有助于减少不良反应的发生。由于纳入文献质量偏低，需要大样本、多中心、高质量的进一步研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze and evaluate clinical effects and the safety of integrative medicine in the treatment of tic disorders. MethodsClinical controlled trials on integrative medicine in the treatment of tic disorders were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed and EMbase via computer between January 1st, 2010 and December 31st, 2020, literature screening was conducted in light of Cochrane systematic evaluation method, in order to assess the quality of literature, software RevMan 5.4 was adopted to perform Meta analysis. ResultsTen articles that met the criteria were included, involving 969 cases in total, including 496 cases in the integrative medicine group and 473 cases in the single Western medicine group. Clinical total effective rate of the treatment of tic disorders in the integrative medicine group was higher than that in the single Western medicine group (OR=3.43, 95%CI:2.51 - 4.68, P<0.000 01), while the cure rate and markedly effective rate (OR=2.91, 95%CI:1.99 - 4.25, P<0.000 01), the Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS) scores were improved (MD=-3.67, 95%CI:-4.19 - -3.16, P<0.000 01); in terms of safety, the incidence of adverse reaction in the integrative medicine group showed (OR=0.19, 95%CI:0.11 - 0.34, P<0.000 01). ConclusionClinical effects of integrative medicine are better than these of single Western medicine in the treatment of tic disorders; the adverse reaction occurred in the two groups, but the integrative medicine group presents lower incidence of adverse reactions, demonstrating that herbs could help reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. further research with large samples, multiple centers and high quality is needed due to the low quality of the included literature.
