摘要:
磷脂酰肌醇三羟基激酶/蛋白激酶B/雷帕霉素靶蛋白(phosphatidylinositol 3?kinase/protein kinase B/mechanistic target of rapamycin,P13K/AKT/mTOR)信号通路是椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration,IDD)中重要的信号通路之一,并与髓核细胞功能和代谢有着密切关系,在IDD的发生和发展中起着重要作用。现对IDD中的P13K/AKT/mTOR信号通路及其相关中医药作用展开论述,总结P13K/AKT/mTOR通路在IDD中的相关作用机制,并综述以该通路为靶点的中医药研究进展,以期阐明中医药干预P13K/AKT/mTOR信号通路对IDD的作用机制,为中医药治疗IDD提供新思路和新方法。
Abstract:
Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mechanistic target of rapamycin (P13K/AKT/mTOR) signaling pathway, one of the important signaling pathways of intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD), is closely related to the function and metabolism of nucleus cells, playing an vital role in the incidence and development of IDD. The article stated P13K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in IDD and the relevant TCM effects by summarizing the relevant mechanism of P13K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in IDD, and research progress of TCM with the pathway as the targets, so as to illustrate the mechanism of TCM intervention on IDD via P13K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, which could provide new thinking and ideas for TCM therapy of IDD.
