摘要:
对儿童哮喘与其他系统疾病的联系及可能作用机制进行综述，指出哮喘与上呼吸道常见疾病关联机制主要有呼吸方式转变、鼻肺反射、鼻后滴漏三种科学假说；变应原致敏可能是哮喘与神经精神系统疾病之间的关联机制；哮喘与胃食管反流病关系密切，二者相互影响；且哮喘与特应性皮炎等疾病密切相关。
Abstract:
The article summarizes the connections between childhood asthma and the diseases of other systems, and the potential mechanism, and there are three scientific hypotheses about the association mechanism between asthma and common upper respiratory diseases: the changes of respiratory mode, nasal lung reflex and postnasal drip; allergen sensitization may be the mechanism linking asthma and neuropsychiatric disorders; asthma is closely related to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), both interacting; meanwhile, there is a close correlation of asthma with atopic dermatitis.
