基于静息态功能磁共振成像技术，对近年来针刺治疗原发性失眠（primary insomnia，PI）脑响应及脑网络连接的研究进行综述，指出针刺主要通过作用于PI有关脑区及脑功能网络治疗PI，主要体现在针刺穴位对不同脑区的特异性激活以及对脑网络的双向调节作用。

The authors summed up the studies of brain response and brain network connectivity for the treatment of primary insomnia (PI) with acupuncture in the recent years based on resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging, and it turns out that acupuncture therapy for PI is mainly by acting on PI-related brain regions and brain functional networks, principally presenting the specific activation of acupoint needling to different brain regions and the bidirectional regulation of brain networks.
