摘要:
八纲辨证作为中医各种辨证方法的总纲，既可辨别疾病的共性，又可辨别疾病的差异性，对于骨髓抑制多重的临床表现具有全面性的总结概括。基于中医对化疗药物的认识，根据化疗药物的药性，将其药毒分为大毒、伏毒、寒毒、热毒等；并基于八纲理论探讨骨髓抑制的发生机制，以期为临床骨髓抑制的辨证论治提供新思路。
Abstract:
As the general principles of syndrome differentiation methods in TCM, syndrome differentiation based on eight principles could not only identify the commonalities of disease, but also differentiate the differences of the diseases, and it could provide a comprehensive summary of multiple clinical manifestations of bone marrow suppression. On the foundation of the understanding to chemotherapy drugs in TCM, according to the natures of chemotherapy drugs, the toxicity was divided into strong toxicity, latent toxicity, cold toxicity and heat toxicity; the pathogenesis of bone marrow suppression was discussed based on eight principles with a view to providing a new thinking for syndrome differentiation and treatment of clinical bone marrow suppression.
