摘要:
基于圆运动理论,探析支气管哮喘的病机及辨治方法。认为轴运轮行,轮运轴灵,人即安和。若中轴失运,或四维升降失常,则机体气机逆乱,肺金敛降不及,发为本病。治疗当以“复运中轴”为主,“调理四维升降”为辅,使人体之气的正常圆运动重新恢复,则疾病向愈,为临床辨治支气管哮喘提供新的思路。
Abstract:
Based on circular motion theory, the author discussed the pathogenesis and syndrome differentia-tion of bronchial asthma (BA). If the central axis (spleen) runs normally, and the wheel (the other four viscera) moves, the wheel rotating smoothly and the central axis moving flexibly, people are healthy. If the central axis (spleen) doesn't work, or the four dimensions rise and fall abnormally, Qi movement was in disorder, lung-metal fails to constrict and descend, causing BA. The therapy should adopt "restoring the central axis" as the main one, "adjusting the rise and fall of four dimensions" as adjunctive one, BA is cured if the normal circular motion recovers, and it could provide new thinking for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of BA.
