摘要:
目的运用CiteSpace软件探讨精神分裂症在中医药领域的研究热点和趋势。 方法检索中国知网（CNKI）收录的2011年1月1日至2021年5月31日期间，中医药领域对精神分裂症有关研究的文献，分别以发文趋势、作者合作情况、关键词等进行分析并绘制相应的知识图谱，最终将可视化分析结果结合人工检索进行深入讨论。 结果共纳入文献527篇，研究热点及趋势为中医情志护理、音乐治疗、针灸及阿立哌唑等。 结论该领域内的不同研究人员和科研团队协作较少，亟需增强沟通协作，同时建议未来的研究应当不断深化基础实验研究的层次。中医情志护理、音乐疗法、针灸疗法等的应用将是该领域未来的研究热点与趋势，应深入探索以推动中医药在精神分裂症防治方面达到更高水平、更深层次。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate research hotspots and trends of schizophrenia in the field of traditional Chinese medicine using CiteSpace software. MethodsThe literature on the study of schizophrenia in the field of TCM was searched from January 1st, 2011 to May 31st, 2021 collected in CNKI, the publication trend, author cooperation and key words were analyzed respectively to draw the corresponding knowledge graphs, conse-quently, the results of visual analysis were combined with manual retrieval for in-depth discussion. ResultsThe study has included 527 papers, research hotspots and trends were TCM emotional care, music therapy, acupuncture and aripiprazole. ConclusionIt's urgent to enhance communication and collaboration between different researchers and research team in the field in virtue of fewer collaboration, meanwhile, the following researches should continuously deepen basic experimental researches. The application of TCM emotional care, music therapy and acupuncture will become the research hotspots and trend in the field, which should be further explored so as to promote high level of TCM prevention and treatment of schizophrenia.
