摘要:
目的观察消囊调经汤对气滞湿瘀型多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovarian syndrome，PCOS）患者内分泌及微小RNA-194（microRNA-194，miRNA-194）、血清胰岛素生长因子1（insulin-like growth factor-1，IGF-1）表达的影响。 方法选取60例气滞湿瘀型非肥胖型PCOS患者，分为对照组和治疗组各30例，并选取30例正常人作为正常组。正常组不予任何治疗措施，对照组予达英-35治疗，治疗组予达英-35联合消囊调经汤治疗，共治疗3个月经周期。比较正常人群和PCOS患者血清miRNA-155、miRNA-194表达水平，并比较对照组和治疗组治疗前后IGF-1、睾酮（testosterone，T）、黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone，LH）/卵泡刺激素（follicle-stimulating hormone，FSH）、抗缪勒氏管激素（anti-mullerian hormone，AMH）的表达水平。 结果与正常组比较，PCOS患者血清miRNA-194水平处于高表达（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组中医证候积分及IGF-1、T、LH/FSH、AMH表达水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论PCOS患者血清miR-194表达水平高于正常人群；消囊调经汤可通过降低气滞湿瘀型非肥胖型PCOS患者血清IGF-1、T、LH/FSH、AMH水平，改善患者卵巢储备及内分泌代谢功能。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the influence of cyst-eliminating menstruation-regulating decoction on internal secretion, the expressions of miRNA-194 and IGF-1 in patients with PCOS of Qi stagnation, dampness and blood stasis pattern. MethodsSixty patients were chosen, and divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each group, another 30 normal people were chosen as the normal group. The normal group was left unhandled, the control group took Diane-35 orally, and the treatment group was treated with Diane-35 and cyst-eliminating menstruation-regulating decoction, for three menstrual cycles. To compare the expressions of serum miRNA-155 and miRNA-194 between the normal people and PCOS patients, and to compare the expressions of IGF-1, T, LH/FSH and AMH between the control group and the treatment group before and after the treatment. ResultsCompared with the normal people, serum miRNA-194 was highly expressed in PCOS patients (P<0.05). After the treatment, TCM syndrome integrals, the levels of IGF-1, T, LH/FSH and AMH of the treatment group were lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe expressions of serum miRNA-194 in PCOS patients are higher than these in normal people; cyst-eliminating menstruation-regulating decoction could improve ovarian reserve and endocrine metabolic function through lowering the levels of IGF-1, T, LH/FSH and AMH in patients with PCOS of Qi stagnation, dampness and blood stasis pattern.
