摘要:
目的应用CiteSpace工具对中医药治疗大肠癌的文献进行知识图谱可视化分析，探索国内中医药治疗大肠癌领域的研究前沿、热点及发展趋势，为科研和临床研究提供参考。 方法检索2012年1月至2021年12月发表于中国知网（CNKI）的中医药治疗大肠癌的相关文献，运用CiteSpace可视化软件对作者、机构、关键词进行知识图谱分析。 结果共纳入研究文献710篇，近10年来发文量呈上升趋势；研究学者共295位，以李琦、胡兵、侯风刚等作者为代表；研究机构共203家，以上海中医药大学、北京中医药大学等为代表；关键词335个，频次最高的为大肠癌，聚类显示研究主要集中于大肠癌、中医证型、数据挖掘及凋亡等方向。 结论中医药治疗大肠癌具有多靶点、多通道、多效应等特点，可视化图谱可初步直观展现中医药治疗大肠癌的发展现状及前沿趋势，但相关研究缺乏多中心、多区域协同发展及合作，未制定出统一的中医辨证分型，一定程度上制约了中医药治疗大肠癌的临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference for scientific and clinical research by performing visual analysis of knowledge map of the literature on TCM therapy of colorectal cancer, and exploring research frontier, hotspots and development trends in the field of TCM therapy of colorectal cancer using CiteSpace. MethodsThe literature related to TCM therapy of colorectal cancer published in CNKI between January, 2012 and December, 2021 was retrieved, and CiteSpace was applied to conduct knowledge map of the author, institutions and keywords. ResultsThe study has included 710 papers, and the number of publications presented the uptrend in the recent ten years; involving 295 scholars, represented by the authors of Li Qi, Hu Bing and Hou Fenggang; and 203 research institutions, with Shanghai University of TCM and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as the representatives; and 335 keywords, colorectal cancer in the highest frequency, cluster study mainly focused on the directions of colorectal cancer, TCM patterns, data mining and apoptosis. ConclusionTCM therapy of colorectal cancer has the characteristics of multi-target, multi-pathway and multi-effect, visual mapping could primarily showcast the current state of the development of TCM therapy of colorectal cancer and frontier trends in a direct manner, however, the relevant studies lacked multi-center and multi-regional coordinated development and cooperation, and there is no unified TCM standard for syndrome differentiation and classification, which has restrained the clinical effects of TCM treatment of colon cancer to a certain extent.
