摘要:
对TXNIP/NLRP3/GSDMD信号轴介导的细胞焦亡与糖耐量减低(impaired glucose tolerance,IGT)胰岛β细胞功能的关系,以及中医药防治IGT相关研究现状作一综述,指出IGT是2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的前期阶段,其发病机制主要包括胰岛β细胞功能受损、胰岛素抵抗和低度炎症反应等;脾虚肝郁、瘀热互结为IGT的核心病机,细胞焦亡则可引起阴阳失调导致IGT;保护β细胞数量,促进其增殖和减少焦亡成为治疗T2DM的关键,而靶向抑制TXNIP/NLRP3/GSDMD介导的细胞焦亡途径有望成为保护胰岛β细胞及治疗IGT的新策略。
Abstract:
We reviewed the correlation between TXNIP/NLRP3/GSDMD axis-mediated pyroptosis and pancreatic slet β cells at IGT phase, together with the current state of TCM prevention and treatment of IGT, IGT is the early stage of T2DM, and its pathogenesis mainly contain pancreatic slet β cells injury, insulin resistance and low-grade inflammation; spleen deficiency and liver Qi stagnation, heat intermingled with blood stasis become the core pathogenesis of IGT, pyroptosis lead to the imbalance between Yin and Yang, resulting in IGT; protecting the number of β cells, promoting its proliferation and reducing pyroptosis have been the key of treating T2DM, while targeted inhibition of TXNIP/NLRP3/GSDMD mediated pyroptosis is expected to be a new strategy for the protection of pancreatic slet β cells and the treatment of IGT.
