摘要:
基于“态靶”理论，绝经后女性出现“肝肾阴虚”的生理病理“失衡之态”，以“失衡之态”所致的临床表现和实验室检查异常为治疗之“靶”，以六味地黄丸为“靶方”，以牛膝、补骨脂、淫羊藿为“靶药”，探讨“态靶”结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症（postmenopausal osteoporosis，PMOP）的作用，指出六味地黄丸加牛膝、淫羊藿、补骨脂3味中药治疗PMOP，既调“肝肾阴虚”之“态”，又改善这一状态下患者的临床表现和实验室检查异常之“靶”，“态靶”理论提高了中医诊疗PMOP的精准性和高效性。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the effects of the combination of state and target in the treatment of PMOP based on "state-target theory", after menopause, women manifest the state of physiological and pathological imbalance caused by Yin deficiency of liver and kidney pattern, their clinical manifestation and abnormal lab tests induced by "the state of imbalance" is taken as therapeutic targets, six-flavored Dihuang pills are chosen as the targeted prescription, Niuxi (Achyranthis bidentatae radix), Buguzhi (Psoraleae fructus) and Yinyanghuo (Epimedii folium) as the targeted drugs. Six-flavored Dihuang pills plus Niuxi, Yinyanghuo and Buguzhi in treating PMOP, on one hand, regulate the state of "Yin deficiency of liver and kidney", on the other, improve the target-the patients’ clinical manifestation and abnormal lab tests under the state, "state-target" theory has improved the accuracy and efficiency of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of PMOP.
