摘要:: 炎症性皮肤病的致病因素多与热邪有关，治法以清热为主。白虎汤作为清热基础方，专清肺胃无形实热，用之有“应手之效”。通过整理《实用中医外科方剂大辞典》中治疗皮肤相关疾病的白虎汤类方方剂29首，将其功用主治归纳为清热祛风类、清热利湿类、清热凉血类、清热解毒类与清热扶正类共5类，并从以上5个方面择其代表方剂，结合李博鑑教授临证经验，探讨白虎汤及类方在皮肤病辨治中的应用指征及用药加减，以期完善白虎汤及类方在皮肤病治疗领域的应用方案。

Abstract:: The pathogenic factors of inflammatory skin disease are mostly related to heat evil, and the treatment primarily focuses on clearing heat. Baihu decoction, as a basic prescription for clearing heat, is specifically used to clear intangible heat in the lungs and stomach, with "immediate effect". By sorting out 29 prescriptions from Comprehensive Dictionary of Practical Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgical Formulas, Baihu decoction and its related prescriptions are summarized into five categories: clearing heat and dispelling wind, clearing heat and resolving dampness, clearing heat and cooling blood, clearing heat and detoxifying, and clearing heat and enhancing the healthy Qi. Representative prescriptions are selected from the five aspects, meanwhile, combined with professor Li Bojian’s clinical experience, to explore the indications and herbal modification of the decoction and its related prescriptions in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases, aiming to improve the application protocols of Baihu decoction and its associated prescriptions in the field of dermatological treatment.
