摘要:
目的分析互联网模式下中医特色慢病管理对糖尿病前期患者的影响。 方法选取糖尿病前期患者120例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组给予常规护理，定期监测血糖及随访；观察组给予互联网+中医特色慢病管理，共干预6个月。比较两组血糖水平、中医证候积分及自我管理能力。 结果干预6个月后，两组血糖胰岛素抵抗指数相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及中医证候积分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预3、6个月后，观察组自我管理能力分级优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论应用互联网模式下中医特色慢病管理糖尿病前期患者可明显提高其自我管理能力，使得其血糖水平趋于稳定，临床症状得以缓解。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the influence of TCM-featured chronic disease management on patients with pre-diabetes under the internet model. MethodsAll 120 patients were chosen and allocated to the control group and the observation group according to random number table method with 60 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine care, blood glucose monitoring regularly and follow-up; and the observation group was given internet+TCM-featured chronic disease management, for six months altogether. To compare the levels of blood glucose, TCM syndrome integrals and self-management skills between the two groups. ResultsAfter six months of the intervention, the difference had no statistical meaning in HOMA-IR between the two groups (P>0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of fasting blood-glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin, and TCM syndrome integrals (P<0.05); after three months and six months of the intervention, the observation group was better than the control group in self-management skills grading (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM-featured chronic disease management for the patients with pre-diabetes under the internet model could obviously improve their self-management skills, stabilize the blood sugar and alleviate clinical symptoms.
