摘要:
目的评价稳心颗粒治疗冠心病（coronary heart disease，CHD）心律失常的有效性、安全性和经济性。 方法以“稳心颗粒”“冠心病”“心律失常”“Stable particles”“Coronary Heart Disease”“Arrhythmia”等为检索词，计算机检索中国知网，万方、维普、Sinomed、Pubmed及The Cochrane Library等数据库，检索时间为自建库至2021年3月，并手工检索相关期刊与会议论文，筛选稳心颗粒治疗CHD心律失常的随机对照试验文献。使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析，结合成本-效果进行经济学评价。 结果稳心颗粒、稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗CHD心律失常的临床疗效、心电图疗效等优于单用美托洛尔、心律平，但稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗CHD心律失常的不良反应发生率与美托洛尔比较差异无统计学意义。药物经济学方面，稳心颗粒治疗CHD心律失常具有成本-效果优势。单因素敏感度分析证实了结果的稳定性。 结论稳心颗粒治疗CHD心律失常有较好的有效性、安全性和经济性，但需要高质量大样本的随机对照试验加以验证。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness, safety and economic evaluation of Wenxin granules in treating arrhythmia in coronary heart disease (CHD). MethodsRandomized controlled trials of Wenxin granules in treating arrhythmia in CHD were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP, Sinomed, Pubmed, the Cochrane Library and others by taking "Wenxin granules" "coronary heart disease" "arrhythmia" "stable particles" as the search words, and the retrieval time ranged from the time of data establishment to March, 2021, and manual retrieval of the pertinent journals and conference papers were conducted. RevMan 5.3 was applied for Meta analysis, to perform economic evaluation combined with cost-effectiveness. ResultsCurative effects and the efficacy of ECG of Wenxin granules, or its combination with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia in CHD were better than these of single use of metoprolol or propafenone, while the difference had no statistical meaning in the incidences of adverse reaction when Wenxin granules joined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia in CHD was compared with metoprolol. Regarding pharmacoeconomics, Wenxin granules presented the advantages of cost-effectiveness in treating arrhythmia in CHD. Single-factor sensitivity analysis verified the stability of the results. Conclusion Wenxin granules demonstrate better effectiveness, safety and cost-effectiveness in the treatment of arrhythmia in CHD. However, high-quality large-sample RCTs are needed for the verification.
