摘要:
目的通过数据挖掘探究藤梨根成分相似性药物在癌症中的应用，找到成分相似性中药的用药规律及药物特点。 方法以藤梨根6种物质分别在中国知网、万方、维普以及中药系统药理学数据库中检索包含任意一种成分的中药。使用Microsoft Excel 2016建立中药数据库，基于描述性统计分析、Apriori算法对高频药物及其性味归经、有效成分、分子蛋白等进行分析，并绘制复杂网络图。 结果共研究分析370味中药，药性以寒、温、平为主；药味以辛、甘、酸为主；归经主要为肝、肺、胃、脾经；沙棘、南蛇藤果、金荞麦和白蔹这4种中药与藤梨根有5种共同成分、169种共同蛋白。 结论由于包括药性、分子层面在内多种对比都呈现高度相似性，故本研究推测，藤梨根与其相似性中药沙棘、南蛇藤果、金荞麦和白蔹的共同蛋白在癌症的治疗中具有相同作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo identify the principles of drug use and the drug characteristics of structurally similar drugs derived from Tengli root (Chinese actinidia root) by conducting a data mining survey on the application of structurally similar drugs derived from Tengli root in cancer treatment. MethodsWe retrieved drugs containing any of the following six ingredients of Tengli root from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and TCMSP respectively. Herbal data was established using Microsoft Excel 2016, to analyze high-frequency drugs, the nature, flavor and channel tropism, active ingredients and molecular protein based on descriptive statistical analysis, and to draw the complex network. ResultsA total of 370 herbs were studied and analyzed, they were characterized by cold, warm and neutral properties, pungent, sweet and sour flavors, acting on the meridians of liver, lung, stomach and spleen. Shaji (hippophae fructus), Nanshetengguo (celastrus orbiculatus thunb.), Jinqiaomai (fagopyri dibotryis rhizoma) and Bailian (ampelopsis radix) shared both five common ingredients and 169 common proteins, respectively, with Tengli root. ConclusionDue to a range of comparisons including the nature of the drugs, molecular layer show a high degree of similarity, the study suggests that shared proteins between Tengli root and herbs with similar properties covering Shaji, Nanshetengguo, Jinqiaomai and Bailian possess the same action in cancer therapy.
