摘要:
整理近年文献，从中医西研究角度出发，阐述针刺可通过双向调节5-羟色胺、P物质、血管活性肠肽等多种关键脑肠肽的水平，从而有效改善胃肠动力、降低内脏高敏感性并缓解焦虑情绪，提高临床疗效。为揭示针刺治疗肠易激综合征的科学内涵提供重要依据。
Abstract:
By sorting out the literature in the recent years, acupuncture could regulate the levels of key brain-gut peptides including 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), P substance (SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in two-way from the angle of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, thereby effectively improving gastrointestinal motility, reducing visceral hypersensitivity and alleviating anxiety, and raising clinical effects. The research could provide the important basis for uncovering the scientific connotation of acupuncture therapy for IBS.
