从麻醉手术相关病理生理过程、术中麻醉管理优化及术后脑功能障碍防治等方面系统综述穴位刺激在围手术期脑保护中的作用机制，为促进穴位刺激在围手术期的精准应用提供理论依据。
- Abstract:

This review systematically elucidates the mechanisms underlying acupoint stimulation for perioperative neuroprotection, focusing on three key perspectives: the relevant anesthetic-surgical pathophysio-logical processes, the optimization of intraoperative management, and the prevention/treatment of postoperative brain dysfunction. It aims to provide a theoretical foundation for its targeted clinical application in the perio-perative setting.
