摘要:
目的观察知识行为（knowledge to action，KTA）模式下的中医特色护理策略在骨关节结核（osteoarticular tuberculosis，OT）手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。 方法选取98例OT手术患者，采用SPSS软件随机数发生法分为对照组和试验组各49例。对照组予常规护理，试验组予基于KTA模式的中医特色护理。比较两组患者36项简明健康状况调查问卷（36-item short-form health survey，SF-36）评分、EuroQol五维问卷（EuroQol five-dimension questionnaire，EQ-5D）评分、视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分、焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分以及患者满意度调查问卷Ⅲ（patient satisfaction questionnaire Ⅲ，PSQ-Ⅲ）评分。 结果与术后同时间点对照组比较，试验组术后SF-36、EQ-5D评分均高于对照组（P＜0.01），VAS、SAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.01）；试验组满意度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论KTA模式下的中医特色护理策略能够提升OT手术患者整体康复效果，特别在提高患者生活质量、减轻疼痛、缓解焦虑和提升患者满意度方面。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the application effects of TCM - featured nursing strategies under KTA model on patients undergoing the surgery of osteoarticular tuberculosis (OT) during the perioperative period. MethodsA total of 98 OT patients were chosen, and separated into the control group and the experiment group using random number generation method in SPSS software with 49 cases in each. Conventional care was administered to the control group while the experiment group received TCM - featured nursing based on KTA model. To compare SF-36 scores, EQ-5D scales, VAS scores, SAS scores and PSQ-Ⅲ scores between the two groups. ResultsCompared with the control group over the same period after the surgery, SF-36 scores and EQ-5D scales of the experiment group were higher than these of the control group (P<0.01), VAS and SAS scores were lower than these of the control group (P<0.01); the experiment group was better than the control group in satisfaction (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM - featured nursing strategies under KTA model could enhance the overall rehabilitation outcomes of OT surgery patients, particularly in the aspects of improving the patients’ quality of life, relieving pain, alleviating anxiety and improving the patients’ satisfaction.
