摘要:: 从言语交际和非言语交际两个维度出发，举例说明在跨国中医诊疗中，中医师应采取的跨文化交际策略。在言语交际方面，应遵循“合作原则”和“礼貌原则”；在非言语交际方面，应谨慎与不同文化背景的患者使用眼神交流、肢体语言和身体接触，并避免直接将患者的眼神和肢体语言作为诊断的依据，为中医药国际传播提供参考思路。

Abstract:: By focusing on verbal communication and non-verbal communication, this study illustrates the cross-cultural communication strategies that TCM practitioners should take in cross-border TCM diagnosis and treatment. In verbal communication, TCM practitioners should follow cooperative principle and politeness principle; and in non-verbal communication, TCM practitioners are supposed to use eye contact, body language and body touch carefully, and avoid adopting patients’ gaze and body language as evidence for diagnosis without taking their cultural background into consideration, and it could provide the reference for TCM globalization.
